Financial Oversight: Take accountability for the team’s commercial health, including budget adherence, revenue generation and KPI tracking. Talent Development: Direct the full employee lifecycle, from initial onboarding to continuous professional upskilling. Operational Synergy: Partner with internal departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient client service experience. Occ Rehab Practice: Maintain RTW expertise by managing a select portfolio of workplace rehabilitation cases.
